3D Architecture for UMW Land

Description
Redevelopment of 24 acres site to create a Transit Oriented Development to unlock the value of an existing UMW industrial area in section 15 Shah Alam. The big idea is to create a Creative and Technology hub with an industrial character to reflect the identity of the existing site. Series of office towers sits on landscaped podium with car park and showrooms are positioned to front the LKSA highway to maximize visibility and plot ratio. A landscaped boulevard with multi-level covered street is created to link the Shah Alam KTM station with the proposed development. Warehouse Plug-in offices and Arena for multi-purpose event space were proposed to reflect the industrial identity.
