Description
BIM Consultancy services to further enhance TNB Genco’s BIM implementation to achieve better efficiency towards brighter performance in power generation and related business. Assisted in the development of TNB Genco BIM transformation strategy, BIM documents, BIM competency / capability building among TNB Genco-BIM Task Force team, findings and recommendations for BIM implementation. The visions are for TNB Genco to have Digital Twin for all assets and capable to provide BIM expertise in power plant to external parties in 2027 and beyond.
