Description
CSR initiative by BIMASIA in collaboration with Duralite, funded by Lembaga Zakat Selangor to build flood victim houses in Kuala Krai, Kelantan. Design, cost and construction period was optimized through the use of BIM technologies and modularization of the existing house design.

LOD 300 BIM Management and Modelling
To value engineered the architectural design based on the IBS component provided by the supplier.
Change from conventional Reinforced Concrete (R.C) to Modularized Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) Columns and Beams.
Reduction of building cost and increase Nett Floor Area (NFA)
