Working in collaboration with a Design and Build contractor to optimise design and cost of Polytechnic Besut that sits within 70 acres site at Bukit Keluang, Besut, Terengganu. The Polytechnic was established in March 2017 in line with the government recommendation under the 11th Malaysia Plan to promote opportunities for technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
