Description
The 2-phased development of Serviced Apartments and Retail with GFA of 1.2mill sqft excluding basement car parking sits on a flat 6.83 acre site. The proposed development consists of series of linear blocks that sit on perimeter of the site to create a central garden courtyard and designed to be integrated with the surrounding township with connectivity to the proposed adjacent new Transport Interchange station connecting to the Ampang and Kelana Jaya LRT.
