Description
Scenario based BIM 4D simulation to showcase the benefits of virtual construction prior execution of the real physical construction at site to the TNB Genco project team. The 4D simulation based on the TNB Genco’s workflow in managing mini maintenance projects in the power plant assisted various stakeholders to identify issues prior construction on site and prevent last minutes stop work on site. The 4D simulation was showcase during the 3-days workshop with TNB Genco.
